Las Vegas #6040

Totmag was was not usable so it was calculated from the resmag.  

Dates were not available for some of the lines so the date of July 7, Julian day 188, was used.
This was the date flying began with Las Vegas as the base.  

Records/lines containing no totmag and resmag were deleted in the mag file but were kept in the 
rad file.
