Values in the -12,000 range were subtracted from 65537 for both totmag
 and resmag.  totmag looked okay but resmag still looked suspicious so it
 was recalculated.  Records containing no magnetic data were deleted.

Parts of two lines in the rad file were deleted due to lack of data.  

In places there are significant differences between the mag file and the
rad file in the fid, latitude, and longitude. Because of these differences,
the recalculated resmag was not copied into the rad file.
