The radiometrics and magnetics files do not correlate well.  The rad was scanned from paper
or fiche so the lats and longs are off sometimes significantly from the mag.  The rad file
did not contain the actual lines numbers. The line numbers were taken from the mag and
were increased by adding 500 and 5000 so as to note there are differences between the mag 
and rad files.
