The following changes have been made to this report: 

On page 12 the caption for figure 7 has changed from,

"Figure 7. Beaches and waterfront development(Waikiki, Oahu; location shown in figure 29) threatened by sea-level rise. Because the groundwater table rises and falls with sea level, drainage problems likely will become a major problem in this and other coastal communities."

On pages with full-page figures 36, 43, 45, and 48, the words "Erosion" and "Accretion" arrow labes were switched.

On page 38 The rate axis labels (-1, +1) are backwards and are now correct.
