In the panel C maps for figures 6-4 and 9-4, the color assignments for landscape-level ranks were reversed so that the low rank was shown in yellow and the lowest rank was shown in green; however, the explanations showed the correct color assignments of low (green) and lowest (yellow). In this update, the maps for figures 6-4 and 9-4 (panel C) have now been fixed to correctly show landscape-level ranks as low (green) and lowest (yellow). 

In panels A and B for figures 6-4 and 9-4, both the map colors and explanations are correct.
