The following changes were made to the Open-File Report:

On the front page and front matter, the version number "ver. 1.1" was added and the
citation was updated with (ver 1.1, December 2019) to reflect this.

On fig. 7, p. 13, the cross section letters were changed to italics.
On fig. 9, p. 16, corrected cross section lettering.

On the p. 18, the URL for the Eungard reference was changed to
http://www.dnr.wa.gov/publications/ger_ofr2014-04_puget_lowland_depth_to_bedrock.zip

On p. 19, for the International Commission on Stratigraphy references,
the version of the chart was changed to 2016/10.
