The report mentions a plant with the common name of elephant's ear three times in the report. The Latin name for a freshwater mussel species was erroneously provided in parentheses at each occurrence of the plant's common name. The correct Latin name for the plant is Colocasia esculenta, and the report has been revised accordingly.
