On p. 1, text was changed from "for orthorectified products and 10.7- to 17.4-m circular error (95-percent certainty)" to "for orthorectified products and 8.8- to 14.3-m circular error (95-percent certainty)."

In table 3, the nonorthorectified circular error values were changed from 17.4 and 10.7 to 14.3 and 8.8, respectively.

On p. 12, the NSSDA metric values mentioned in the last two paragraphs were changed from 17.4 and 10.7 m to 14.3 and 8.8 m, respectively. 

In tables 7 and 8, values were revised in the easting columns (for mean error, SDDEV, and RMSE) and the NSSDA column. 

Figures 12 and 13 were revised with updated data points.

In the "Summary and Conclusions" section, text was changed from "for orthorectified products and 10.7- to 17.4-m circular error (95-percent certainty)" to "for orthorectified products and 8.8- to 14.3-m circular error (95-percent certainty)."
