On p. 1, text was changed from "Sentinel-2 using ground control points of 2.9" to "Sentinel-2 using ground control points of 2.2."

On p. 31, text was changed from "For this analysis, 28, 50, and 64 or 65 GCPs over Sioux Falls" to "For this analysis, 27 to 66 GCPs over Sioux Falls" and from "which is a 95-percent circular error value, is 4.0 to 8.8 m. The
95-percent circular error value, which is denoted in tables 7 through 11 as CE95, is 2.9 to 7.2 m." to "which is a 95-percent circular error value, is 3.4 to 8.8 m. The 95-percent circular error value, which is denoted in tables 7

In tables 7 and 8, values were revised in the easting columns (for mean error, STD, and RMSE), the NSSDA column, and the CE95 column. 

In table 8, the number of GCPs in the first column was revised for all three rows and the scene IDs were revised for the second and third rows.

In table 9,  the pixel value in the first row was updated from ~0.9 pixel to ~3.7 pixels and the number of GCPs in the first column was revised for the second and third rows. 

In tables 7 to 10, the heading of the NSSDA column was revised to change 98% to 95%.

In table 11, the STD (northing) value in the first row was changed from 1.3 to 1.4 m and from ~1.1 to ~1.2 pixels. In the second row, the number of GCPs was changed.

Figure 53 was revised so that the bands are plotted in slightly different locations on the graph.

In the "Summary and Conclusions" section, the text was chanted from "Sentinel-2 using ground control points of 2.9" to "Sentinel-2 using ground control points of 2.2."
