Abstract:
This dataset represents the polyline of geologic cross section E-E' that spans a portion of the Appalachian basin in Ohio, West Virginia, and Virginia.
Purpose:
This dataset can be used to display the polyline of geologic cross section E-E' that spans a portion of the Appalachian basin in Ohio, West Virginia, and Virginia using a GIS mapping software program. This dataset is available in two formats, shapefile and Zipped Keyhole Markup Language (KMZ), and can be viewed using ArcGIS, Google Earth, or any software package that supports these data formats.
