Metadata for MSH images Data are TIFF images and accompanying world files for display in a geographic information system. Shaded relief maps constructed by photogrammetry from aerial photographs taken on the date listed in the filename. New data on each DEM show changes in the Mount St. Helens crater and are shown overlying a lidar base of the Mount St. Helens edifice captured in September 2003, in order to extend the imagery beyond the crater rim.
