In chapter F (Cobalt), page F36, Table F1, Country column, changed “Kosovo (Serbia)” to “Kosovo” in two places. In chapter F (Cobalt), page F37, Table F1, Country column, added footnote 3 marker to “Puerto Rico” in two places. (Also, added a new footnote 3 that reads “Territory of the United States” to the list of footnotes at the end of the table on page F40.) In chapter F (Cobalt), page F40, Table F1, bottom of table, inserted a new footnote 3 that reads “Territory of the United States” and renumbered the remaining footnotes to 4 and 5 (instead of 3 and 4, respectively). In chapter I (Germanium and Indium), page I10, Figure I6, deleted bold black lines from the center of the map.
