Revisions

The differences between version 1.0 and version 1.01 are as follows:

1. The coal chemistry appendixes for Chapter C (Appendix 8), Chapter D (Appendix 8), and Chapter E (Appendix 2) contained errors and have been replaced.
2. Chapter C, Appendix 7, data point SF-2 had latitude and longitude reversed. Data point 394802-802734 has been deleted.
3. Chapter E, Page E3, Figure 2 contained errors in labeling Wayne and Portage Counties, Ohio.
4. The following figures were replaced because of an error in the placement of the boundary between the northern and central coal regions of the Appalachian Basin:
• Chapter A, Page A3, figure 3
• Chapter B, Page B7, figure 6
• Chapter C, Page C2, figure 1
• Chapter D, Page D3, figure 2
