In the first I will give details as to how and why the group was formed and tell you about some of those who played major roles in the formation. In the second part I will provide you with my impression of what PSG has done since the first meeting in 1974. Finally I will discuss the future of PSG and make some suggestions on how it might move ahead.&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
