  <dc:description>&lt;p&gt;The proposed method uses a lithium metaborate fusion, dissolution of the fusion bead in 15% &lt;sub&gt;vv&lt;/sub&gt; hydrochloric acid, extraction into a 4% solution of trioctylphosphine oxide in methyl isobutyl ketone, and aspiration into a nitrous oxide-acetylene flame.
