Samples can be obtained within a stratigraphic interval of 2–3 cm, to a depth of 60–80 cm, and with little or no contamination of the samples by sediment or air.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul id="issue-navigation" class="issue-navigation u-margin-s-bottom u-bg-grey1"&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</dc:description>
