Ashraf S. Manji 1968 <p>This paper is divided into two parts. Part I presents a review of some of the past uses of aerial photography in urban areas. The empirical studies reviewed are divided into two broad categories depending on whether inventory compilation is by direct or indirect observation. Studies using inventory by direct observation are further divided into land-use studies and transportation studies.
