Charles Lee Roy Holt Jr. 1973 <p>This report documents the findings and recommendations of the author, who was detailed for 30 days to USAID Mission to India to assist in preparing the scope of work for a USAID contract for consultant services for ground-water evaluation. The proposed study, Soil and Water Management Sub-project 368.6, covered three specific areas in four states in central and southern India (See TOAID A-653 of July 31, 1970, revised description of the sub-project).
