  <dc:description>&lt;p&gt;Approximately 275 km of high-resolution seismic reflection profiles&amp;nbsp;were obtained in Puget Sound, Washington from the U.S. Geological Survey's&amp;nbsp;research vessel DON J. MILLER from January 13 through 19, 1976. These data,&amp;nbsp;recorded on microfilm, were obtained to provide information on the thickness&amp;nbsp;and distribution of Quaternary deposits, to identify folds and faults that&amp;nbsp;deform them, and to provide a basis for assessing geological environmental&amp;nbsp;hazards.&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
