Synthetic hydrologic techniques were used because no adequate hydrologic or meteorologic data were available for the basin. The 100-year flood stage was estimated to be at an elevation of 2,909.0 feet (886.7 metres) above mean sea level.&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
