These data bring up-to-date and extend backward in time previous reports on streamflow stations by Harbeck and Langbein in 1949 which covered the period 1921-45 and that by Busby in 1963 which covered the period 1931-60. As depicted in Langbein and Slack (1980), these data show that, contained within a rather large seemingly random or sporadic pattern, there appears to be a previously unnoticed degree of similarity in the occurrence of subnormal flows across the country. In each of three regions, viz., West, Center, and East, dry years were concentrated in two sequences, one centered in the 1930 's and the second in the decade from the mid-50 's to the mid-60's. The aquifers consist chiefly of saturated sandstones that occur in Upper Permian, Upper Jurassic, and Lower and Upper Cretaceous rocks. In parts of southwestern Kansas, the sandstone aquifers already serve as the principal or secondary source of ground water for irrigation and other uses. Data indicate that water may be available for development in sandstone aquifers in other parts of the study area. In still other areas, water from wells in sandstone aquifers may not be of a suitable quality for some purposes. The data provided include records of selected wells, lithologic logs of test holes and wells, selected formation surfaces and sandstone thicknesses , chemical analyses of water from selected wells, and water levels in observation wells. Concentrations and average daily loads of 29 dissolved constituents were determined. Sodium and chloride deposition was relatively high in coastal areas and adjacent to some urban centers. Regional patterns of to daily loads of hydrogen ion, nitrate, lead, and iron correlate well with one another and form a concentric pattern around the center of high deposition in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania, suggesting an urban-industrial source. Samples from this area had low pH (<4.2), whereas samples from southern Minnesota and Illinois had a more neutral pH (>5.7). The latter samples had high concentrations of calcium and total inorganic carbon, suggesting pH control by soil-derived carbonate minerals. Deposition patterns of ammonium, nitrate, and sulfate display regional highs in Illinois, Indiana, and southwestern Michigan, suggesting agricultural sources such as fertilizer. Median loads of zinc, iron, and lead were lower than reported in previous studies for North America. The apparent decrease in lead since 1950 throughout the area is attributed to reduced consumption of leaded fuels and lower deposition in winter.","language":"ENGLISH","publisher":"U.S. Dept. of the Interior, Geological Survey,","doi":"10.3133/cir874","usgsCitation":"Peters, N.E., and Bonelli, J.E., 1982, Chemical composition of bulk precipitation in the North-Central and Northeastern United States, December 1980 through February 1981: U.S. Geological Survey Circular 874, ii, 63 p. : ill., maps ; 26 cm., https://doi.org/10.3133/cir874.","productDescription":"ii, 63 p. : ill., maps ; 26 cm.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":123716,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/circ/1982/0874/report-thumb.jpg"},{"id":30590,"rank":300,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/circ/1982/0874/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}}],"noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e49e0e4b07f02db5e3f9d","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Peters, Norman E. nepeters@usgs.gov","contributorId":1324,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Peters","given":"Norman","email":"nepeters@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"E.","affiliations":[{"id":316,"text":"Georgia Water Science Center","active":true,"usgs":true}],"preferred":true,"id":147161,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Bonelli, Joseph E.","contributorId":72361,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Bonelli","given":"Joseph","email":"","middleInitial":"E.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":147162,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":2}]}}

Most linear features are related to local topographic features, such as cliffs, slope breaks, narrow ridges, and stream valley segments that are interpreted as reflecting directed aspects of local geologic structure including faults, zones of fracturing (joints), and the strike of tilted beds. \r\n\r\n6,050 linear features were mapped on computer-enhanced Landsat MSS images of 11 Landsat scenes covering an area from the Rio Grande rift zone on the east to the Grand Canyon on the west and from the San Juan Mountains, Colorado, on the north to the Mogollon Rim on the south. Computer-aided statistical analysis of the linear feature data revealed 5 statistically important trend intervals: 1.) N. 10W.-N.16E., 2.) N.35-72E., 3.) N.33-59W., 4.) N. 74-83W., and 5.) N.89-9-W. and N. 89-90E. Subsequent analysis of the distribution of the linear features indicated that only the first three trend intervals are of regional geologic significance. Computer-generated maps of the linear features in each important trend interval were prepared, as well as contour maps showing the relative concentrations of linear features in each trend interval. These maps were then analyzed for patterns suggestive of possible regional tectonic lines. \r\n\r\n20 possible tectonic lines, or lineaments, were interpreted from the maps. One lineament is defined by an obvious change in overall linear feature concentrations along a northwest-trending line cutting across northeastern Arizona. Linear features are abundant northeast of the line and relatively scarce to the southwest. The remaining 19 lineaments represent the axes of clusters of parallel linear features elongated in the direction of the linear feature trends. Most of these lineaments mark previously known structural zones controlled by linear features in the Precambrian basement or show newly recognized relationships to geological and/or geophysical patterns that suggest probable influence by buried basement features. The remaining few lineaments are not strongly correlative with geological or geophysical patterns, but on the basis of existing data they cannot be dismissed as being possible expressions of basement features.","language":"ENGLISH","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey,","doi":"10.3133/ofr82849","usgsCitation":"Knepper, D.H., 1982, Lineaments derived from analysis of linear features mapped from Landsat images of the Four Corners region of the Southwestern United States: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 82-849, 81 p., 1 over-size sheet, ill., maps ;30 cm., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr82849.","productDescription":"81 p., 1 over-size sheet, ill., maps ;30 cm.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":141873,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0849/report-thumb.jpg"},{"id":37635,"rank":400,"type":{"id":17,"text":"Plate"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0849/plate-1.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}},{"id":37636,"rank":300,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0849/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}}],"noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4b15e4b07f02db6a50c8","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Knepper, Daniel H. dknepper@usgs.gov","contributorId":1242,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Knepper","given":"Daniel","email":"dknepper@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"H.","affiliations":[],"preferred":true,"id":160411,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1}]}}

This trend is equivalent to an annual change in hydrogen-ion concentration of 0.2 microequivalents per liter. \r\n\r\nAn average annual increase in precipitation quantity of 2 to 3 percent since 1965 has resulted in an increased acid load in the western and central parts of the State. \r\n\r\nDuring 1965-78, sulfate concentration in precipitation decreased an average of 1-4 percent annually. In general, no trend in nitrate was detected. Calculated trends in hydrogen-ion concentration do not correlate with measured trends of sulfate and nitrate, which suggests variable neutralization of hydrogen ion, possibly by particles from dry deposition. Neutralization has produced an increase of about 0.3 pH units in nonurban areas and 0.7 pH units in urban areas. \r\n\r\nStatistical analyses of chemical data from several streams throughout New York suggest that sulfate concentrations decreased an average of 1 to 4 percent per year. This decrease is comparable to the sulfate decrease in precipitation during the same period. In most areas of the State, chemical contributions from urbanization and farming, as well as the neutralizing effect of carbonate soils, conceal whatever effects acid precipitation may have on pH of streams.","language":"ENGLISH","publisher":"U.S. Dept. of the Interior, Geological Survey ;\r\nFor sale by Distributions Branch, U.S. Geological Survey,","doi":"10.3133/wsp2188","usgsCitation":"Peters, N.E., Schroeder, R.A., and Troutman, D.E., 1982, Temporal trends in the acidity of precipitation and surface waters of New York (Reprinted with corrections): U.S. Geological Survey Water Supply Paper 2188, iv, 35 p. :ill., 1 map ;28 cm., https://doi.org/10.3133/wsp2188.","productDescription":"iv, 35 p. :ill., 1 map ;28 cm.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":138715,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/wsp/2188/report-thumb.jpg"},{"id":28583,"rank":300,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/wsp/2188/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}}],"edition":"Reprinted with corrections","noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4a4de4b07f02db627116","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Peters, Norman E. nepeters@usgs.gov","contributorId":1324,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Peters","given":"Norman","email":"nepeters@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"E.","affiliations":[{"id":316,"text":"Georgia Water Science Center","active":true,"usgs":true}],"preferred":true,"id":145274,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Schroeder, Roy A. raschroe@usgs.gov","contributorId":1523,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Schroeder","given":"Roy","email":"raschroe@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"A.","affiliations":[],"preferred":true,"id":145275,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":2},{"text":"Troutman, David E.","contributorId":50133,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Troutman","given":"David","email":"","middleInitial":"E.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":145276,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":3}]}}

Such wells in Florida may be grouped into two broad types: (1) Surface-water injection wells, and (2) interaquifer connector wells. Surface-water injection wells are commonly used to supplement drainage for urban areas in karst terranes of central and north Florida. Data are available for 25 wells in the Ocala, Live Oak, and Orlando areas that allow comparison of the quality of water samples from these Floridan aquifer drainage wells with allowable contaminant levels. Comparison indicates that maximum contaminant levels for turbidity, color, and iron, manganese, and lead concentrations are equaled or exceeded in some drainage-well samples, and relatively high counts for coliform bacteria are present in most wells. Interaquifer connector wells are used in the phosphate mining areas of Polk and Hillsborough Counties, to drain mining operations and recharge the Floridan aquifer. Water-quality data available from 13 connector wells indicate that samples from most of these wells exceed standards values for iron concentration and turbidity. One well yielded a highly mineralized water, and samples from 6 of the other 12 wells exceed standards values for gross alpha concentrations. The occurrence of petroleum can be accounted for in five definitive geological settings or plays. The assessment of undiscovered resource potential assumes that the new discoveries will expand the occurrence of petroleum in these basic plays; no additional plays with significant petroleum potential were recognized. The five plays listed by geologic age are: (I) Upper Cretaceous and Tertiary, (II) Lower and Middle Cretaceous sandstone, (III) Lower and Middle Cretaceous limestone, (IV) Jurassic, and (V) Permian. The Permian play, located in the south-central Arabian Gulf region and extending northeast-southwest from southern Iran to the Ar Rub' al Khali in Saudi Arabia, accounts for over four-fifths of the mean estimate of undiscovered gas. The remainder of the gas is divided about equally among the other four plays. The Jurassic play, located on the south side of the Arabian Gulf, accounts for slightly less than one-third of the estimated undiscovered oil, which is split equally between Saudi Arabia and Iraq. The Lower and Middle Cretaceous limestone play is located in the southern Gulf region and accounts for about one-fifth of the undiscovered oil, most of which is located in Saudi Arabia and the remainder in the United Arab Emirates. The Lower and Middle Cretaceous sandstone play is centralized in Kuwait at the head of the Arabian Gulf with significant potential extending to the northwest in Iraq; the play accounts for about one-third of the undiscovered oil, the great majority of which is estimated to be in Iraq with the remainder divided between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The upper Cretaceous-Tertiary play is located in the Zagros fold belt of Iran and Iraq and accounts for about one-fifth of the undiscovered oil. \r\n\r\nEstimation of the resources in this vast area is hindered by lack of data from certain broad regions, abandoned wells, and several significant dry holes, but the regional geology is well enough reported that geologic projections can be made and inferences from selected wells can be drawn to permit estimation of the resource potential.","language":"ENGLISH","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey,","doi":"10.3133/cir881","usgsCitation":"Masters, C.D., Klemme, H.D., and Coury, A.B., 1982, Assessment of undiscovered conventionally recoverable petroleum resources of the Arabian-Iranian Basin: U.S. Geological Survey Circular 881, v, 12 p. :ill. ;26 cm., https://doi.org/10.3133/cir881.","productDescription":"v, 12 p. :ill. ;26 cm.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":124437,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/circ/1982/0881/report-thumb.jpg"},{"id":30725,"rank":300,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/circ/1982/0881/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}}],"noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4ab0e4b07f02db66d8c3","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Masters, Charles D.","contributorId":38969,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Masters","given":"Charles","email":"","middleInitial":"D.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":147392,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Klemme, H. Except for wells in use before 1920, these data constitute the entire record available through 1977. The data are divided into two categories--pumpage from wells used for public supply, and pumpage from wells used mainly for industrial and commercial uses, designated as nonpublic water supply. Pumpage is tabulated by well or well field and is given by month or year with an annual total. The report serves as an introduction and user 's manual to the data, which are available for inspection but are not included in the report because they fill several hundred pages. The drill hole, 1050 feet FEL, 700 feet FNL, sec. 3, T. 12 S., R. 24 E., Uintah County, Utah, started slightly below the contact between the Uinta Formation, also of Eocene age, and the underlying Green River Formation. It ended 32 feet below the base of the Mahogany bed (the richest oil-shale bed between A groove and B groove--which define the upper and lower boundaries, respectively, of the Mahogany zone). Most of the interval studied is kerogen- or carbonate-rich, commonly tuffaceous, and is very fine grained. \r\n\r\nSeveral thin (<3 feet) oil-shale beds which yield as much as 25 gallons of oil per ton occur above the Mahogany zone, but are probably not of economic interest. The cored sequence contains several tuff beds. The thickest of these beds is approximately 2 feet thick; the average thickness is rarely greater than 0.5 feet. Two oil-saturated tuff beds occur approximately 65 feet above the Mahogany oil-shale bed. Although these two tuffs are exposed on nearby surface outcrops, no evidence of oil is seen on outcrop. The Mahogany zone is approximately 69 feet thick at the drill site; the lowermost few feet were not penetrated. At the site cored, the Mahogany zone is overlain by 435 feet of overburden. Fischer assays indicate that 42.3 feet of oil shale within the Mahogany zone could yield at least 25 gallons of oil per ton from beds at least 10 feet thick.","language":"ENGLISH","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey,","doi":"10.3133/ofr82528","usgsCitation":"Keighin, C.W., 1982, Characteristics and description of cores from the USGS core hole CRU-1, Parachute Creek Member, Green River Formation, east-central Uinta Basin, Utah: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 82-528, i, 46 p., ill., map ;28 cm., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr82528.","productDescription":"i, 46 p., ill., map ;28 cm.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":142199,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0528/report-thumb.jpg"},{"id":37527,"rank":300,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0528/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}}],"noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e49e3e4b07f02db5e5592","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Keighin, C. Using a multiple linear-regression method similar to the one we used previously for peak horizontal acceleration and velocity, we analyzed response spectra period by period for 64 records of 12 shallow earthquakes in western North America, including the recent Coyote Lake and Imperial Valley, California, earthquakes. The resulting predictive equations show amplification of the response values at soil sites for periods greater than or equal to 0.5 s, with maximum amplification exceeding a factor of 2 at 1.5 s. For periods less than 0.5 s there is no statistically significant difference between rock sites and the soil sites represented in the data set. These results are consistent with those of several earlier studies. A particularly significant aspect of the predictive equations is that the response values at different periods are different functions of magnitude (confirming earlier results by McGuire and by Trifunac and Anderson). The slope of the least-squares straight line relating log response to moment magnitude ranges from 0.21 at a period of 0.1 s to greater than 0.5 at periods of 1 s and longer. This result indicates that the conventional practice of scaling a constant spectral shape by peak acceleration will not give accurate answers. The Newmark and Hall method of spectral scaling, using both peak acceleration and peak velocity, largely avoids this error. Comparison of our spectra with the Regulatory Guide 1.60 spectrum anchored at the same value at 0.1 s shows that the Regulatory Guide 1.60 spectrum is exceeded at soil sites for a magnitude of 7.5 at all distances for periods greater than about 0.5 s. Comparison of our spectra for soil sites with the corresponding ATC-3 curve of lateral design force coefficients for the highest seismic zone indicates that the ATC-3 curve is exceeded within about 5 km of a magnitude 6.5 earthquake and within about 20 km of a magnitude 7.5 event. The amount by which it is exceeded is largest in the period range from 0.5 to 2.0 s.","language":"ENGLISH","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey,","doi":"10.3133/ofr82881","usgsCitation":"Joyner, W.B., and Boore, D.M., 1982, Estimation of response-spectral values as functions of magnitude, distance, and site conditions: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 82-881, 29 p., ill. ;28 cm., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr82881.","productDescription":"29 p., ill. ;28 cm.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":144170,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0881/report-thumb.jpg"},{"id":37466,"rank":300,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0881/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}}],"noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4a54e4b07f02db62c212","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Joyner, W. These data are the foundation necessary for conducting analytical and interpretive appraisals describing the occurrence and availability of surface and ground waters, and their physical, chemical, and biological characteristics. The data are likewise required for basic and problem-oriented research in hydraulics, hydrology, and related fields. Hydrologic data collection by the Geological Survey began in 1894. Current operations include about 17,000 stations for collection of river, lake, and reservoir data; about 27,000 wells for collection of ground-water data; and almost 17,000 stations for collection of water-quality information. The proposed program for 1982 includes a network of 69 surface-water data sites (continuous gaging stations), 250 flood-data sites (crest-stage stations), 679 ground-water wells (water-level observation and water-quality monitor wells), and 138 water-quality sites. The geographic distribution of the data sites is shown in the report. Interpretive studies have objectives that are oriented toward a particular geographic area , to a particular set of hydrologic phenomena, or to obtain information for use in solving specific problems. Current studies of interest to agriculture include the following: (1) Flood hydraulics and hydrology, (2) Low-flow or base-flow of streams in Louisiana, (3) Hydrologic studies in southwestern Louisiana, (4) Hydrologic impacts of surface mining in northern Louisiana, (5) Sparta aquifer study, and (6) Limnology of freshwater lakes. A network of partial record sites is also maintained to monitor specific flows. Peak stages (crest stage) are only recorded at sites where flood information is of interest. At other sites, only the low-flow or base-flow recession is obtained for use in determining relations between ground water and surface water, to assess water supply, and for effluent studies. The sand-plain areas are generally overlain by sandy soils that permit rapid infiltration of precipitation and, possibly, of surface contaminants. One hundred twenty-five wells were sampled in Hubbard, Morrison, Otter Tail, and Wadena Counties during 1979-81 to establish regional baseline water quality. The wells were chosen to provide optimum areal coverage based on geology, direction of ground-water flow, and extent of aquifer development.</p>\n<p>Water from the sand-plain aquifers is of the calcium bicarbonate type. The water is hard to very hard with dissolved solids ranging from about 100 to 700 milligrams per liter. Locally, concentrations of dissolved solids, iron, manganese, and nitrate exceeded limits recommended by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.</p>","language":"English","publisher":"U.S. Geological Indian Run was observed above and below the U.S. Soil Conservation Service Reservoir, VI-D. Little Rush Creek was observed 1.1 miles downstream from the proposed U.S. Soil Conservation Reservoir, VI-A, site. Data from the Indian Run sites were used to predict the potential water-quality conditions in and downstream from the proposed Little Rush Creek Reservoir. \r\n\r\nTemperatures measured in Indian Run at the reservoir outflow were as much as 4oc greater than those at the inflow. Dissolved-oxygen saturation ranged from 62 to 110 percent in the inflow and from 57 to 120 percent in the outflow. Indian Run and Little Push Creek are characterized by moderately hard to very hard calcium bicarbonate water. The concentration of dieldrin in water samples from both Little Rush Creek and the outflow from the reservoir on Indian Run was 0.01 micrograms per liter, and in reservoir-surface samples it was 0.02 micrograms per liter. Chlordane concentration in a bottom material sample from the reservoir was 26 micrograms per kilogram. Catfish taken from the reservoir contained 190 micrograms per kilogram chlordane. \r\n\r\nAll sites showed a good diversity in benthic invertebrate communities. Blue-green algal blooms occurred in the reservoir, indicating nutrient-enriched conditions. \r\n\r\nBecause of similarities in land use and watershed characteristics, water in the proposed reservoir VI-A is expected to be similar in quality to that of reservoir VI-D. The new reservoir will not significantly affect downstream water quality.","language":"ENGLISH","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey,","doi":"10.3133/ofr82109","usgsCitation":"Hren, J., and Jones, R., 1982, Potential impacts of a proposed reservoir on hydrologic and water-quality conditions in Little Rush Creek watershed, Fairfield County, Ohio: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 82-109, v, 67 p. :ill., map ;28 cm., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr82109.","productDescription":"v, 67 p. :ill., map ;28 cm.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":142155,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0109/report-thumb.jpg"},{"id":37326,"rank":400,"type":{"id":17,"text":"Plate"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0109/plate-1.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}},{"id":37327,"rank":401,"type":{"id":17,"text":"Plate"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0109/plate-2.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}},{"id":37328,"rank":402,"type":{"id":17,"text":"Plate"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0109/plate-3.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}},{"id":37329,"rank":300,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/1982/0109/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}}],"noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4ac8e4b07f02db67c04f","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Hren, Janet","contributorId":69554,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Hren","given":"Janet","email":"","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":159977,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Jones, R.L.","contributorId":39785,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Jones","given":"R.L.","email":"","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":159976,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":2}]}}
