The information in this report is based on data from ground-water samples collected during two sampling events, which occurred from January through March 2000 and September through October 2000. Ground-water samples and water-level measurements were collected from 36 monitor wells during the first sampling event. During the second sampling event, groundwater samples were collected from 34 monitor wells and water-level measurements were made in 29 monitor wells. Water-level measurements were also made in 103 wells during a synoptic in March 2000. The analytical results from the groundwater samples, the water-level measurements, and data-collection techniques are presented in this report. Analytical results indicate that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's maximum contaminant levels for constituents analyzed were exceeded in 10 samples collected during the first sampling event and 11 samples collected during the second sampling event. An independent quality-assurance data validation indicated that the water-quality data collected during this study were of good quality, reproducible, and unbiased.</p>","language":"English","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey","doi":"10.3133/ofr02164","collaboration":"Prepared in cooperation with the United States Air Force, Dover Air Force Base","usgsCitation":"Alexander, K.C., and Barbaro, J.R., 2003, Ground-water sampling, analytical results, and water-level measurements at sites FT03, LF13, and WP14/LF15, East Management Unit, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, January-October 2000: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 2002-164, v, 66 p., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr02164.","productDescription":"v, 66 p.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":430464,"rank":2,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0164/report.pdf","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"}},{"id":162118,"rank":1,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0164/report-thumb.jpg"}],"country":"United States","state":"Delaware","county":"Kent County","otherGeospatial":"Dover Air Force Base","geographicExtents":"{\n  \"type\": \"FeatureCollection\",\n  \"features\": [\n    {\n      \"type\": \"Feature\",\n      \"properties\": {},\n      \"geometry\": {\n        \"coordinates\": [\n          [\n            [\n              -75.52302610683567,\n              39.1493849677438\n            ],\n            [\n              -75.52302610683567,\n              39.08758530675095\n            ],\n            [\n              -75.4310127254424,\n              39.08758530675095\n            ],\n            [\n              -75.4310127254424,\n              39.1493849677438\n            ],\n            [\n              -75.52302610683567,\n              39.1493849677438\n            ]\n          ]\n        ],\n        \"type\": \"Polygon\"\n      }\n    }\n  ]\n}","noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4afce4b07f02db69694e","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Alexander, Kristen C.","contributorId":32580,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Alexander","given":"Kristen","email":"","middleInitial":"C.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":241973,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Barbaro, Jeffrey Ralph","contributorId":62264,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Barbaro","given":"Jeffrey","email":"","middleInitial":"Ralph","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":241974,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":2}]}}

The assessment is intended to improve understanding of spatial and temporal variability of aquatic habitat, including habitats thought to be critical for the endangered pallid sturgeon (<i>Scaphirhynchus albus</i>). Physical aquatic habitat – depth, velocity, and substrate – was assessed around 9 wing dikes and adjacent to the U.S. Route 19 bridge, at discharges varying from 44,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 146, 000 cfs during August 2000 – May, 2001. For the river as a whole, velocities are bi-modally distributed with distinct peaks relating to navigation channel and wing-dike environments. Velocities predictably showed an increasing trend with increasing discharge. Substrate within wing dikes was dominated by mud at low discharges, whereas the navigation channel had patches of transporting sand, rippled sand, and coarse sand. Discharges that overtopped the wing dikes (about 93,000 cfs, March 2001) were associated with increases of patchy sand, rippled sand, and coarse sand within the wing dikes. When flows were substantially over the wing dikes (146,000 cfs, May 2001) substrates within most wing dikes showed substantial reorganization and coarsening.</p><p>The habitat assessment provides a geospatial database that can be used to query wing dikes for distributions of depth, velocity, and substrate for comparison with fish samples collected by US Fish and Wildlife Service biologists (Grady and others, 2001). In addition, the assessment documented spatial and temporal variation in habitat within the Hermann reach and over a range of discharges. Measurable geomorphic change – alteration of substrate conditions plus substantial erosion and deposition – was associated with flows equaled or exceeded 12–40% of the time (40–140 days per year). Documented geomorphic change associated with high-frequency flows underscores the natural temporal variability of physical habitat in the Lower Missouri River.</p>","language":"English","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey","publisherLocation":"Reston, VA","doi":"10.3133/ofr0232","collaboration":"Prepared in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Transportation","usgsCitation":"Jacobson, R.B., Laustrup, M.S., and Reuter, J.M., 2002, Habitat assessment, Missouri River at Hermann, Missouri: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 2002—32, 22 p., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr0232.","productDescription":"Report: 22 p.; 2 Appendixes","numberOfPages":"22","onlineOnly":"N","additionalOnlineFiles":"Y","costCenters":[{"id":192,"text":"Columbia Environmental Research Center","active":true,"usgs":true}],"links":[{"id":160577,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0032/coverthb.jpg"},{"id":7895,"rank":5,"type":{"id":3,"text":"Appendix"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0032/ofr20020032_appendix2.pdf","text":"Appendix 2","size":"908 KB","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"},"linkHelpText":"- Reach Map"},{"id":7894,"rank":3,"type":{"id":3,"text":"Appendix"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0032/ofr20020032_appendix1.pdf","text":"Appendix 1","size":"61.6 MB","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"},"linkHelpText":"- Dike Field Maps"},{"id":376076,"rank":2,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0032/ofr20020032.pdf","text":"Report","size":"4.19 MB","linkFileType":{"id":1,"text":"pdf"},"description":"OFR 2002-32"}],"country":"United States","state":"Missouri","city":"Hermann","otherGeospatial":"Missouri River","geographicExtents":"{\n  \"type\": \"FeatureCollection\",\n  \"features\": [\n    {\n      \"type\": \"Feature\",\n      \"properties\": {},\n      \"geometry\": {\n        \"type\": \"Polygon\",\n        \"coordinates\": [\n          [\n            [\n              -92.10937499999999,\n              38.348118547988065\n            ],\n            [\n              -90.41473388671875,\n              38.348118547988065\n            ],\n            [\n              -90.41473388671875,\n              38.79904887985135\n            ],\n            [\n              -92.10937499999999,\n              38.79904887985135\n            ],\n            [\n              -92.10937499999999,\n              38.348118547988065\n            ]\n          ]\n        ]\n      }\n    }\n  ]\n}","contact":"<p><a href=\"https://www.usgs.gov/centers/cerc\" data-mce-href=\"https://www.usgs.gov/centers/cerc\">Columbia Environmental Research Center</a><br>U.S. Geological Survey<br>4200 New Haven Road<br>Columbia, MO 65201</p><p><a href=\"https://pubs.er.usgs.gov/contact\" data-mce-href=\"../contact\">Contact Pubs Warehouse</a></p>","tableOfContents":"<ul><li>Abstract</li><li>Introduction</li><li>Purpose and Scope</li><li>Methods</li><li>Results</li><li>Conclusions</li><li>Acknowledgments</li><li>References Cited</li></ul>","publishingServiceCenter":{"id":4,"text":"Rolla PSC"},"publishedDate":"2002-04-01","noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationDate":"2002-04-01","publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4a80e4b07f02db6496af","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Jacobson, Robert B. 0000-0002-8368-2064 rjacobson@usgs.gov","orcid":"https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8368-2064","contributorId":1289,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Jacobson","given":"Robert","email":"rjacobson@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"B.","affiliations":[{"id":192,"text":"Columbia Environmental Research Center","active":true,"usgs":true}],"preferred":true,"id":206442,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Laustrup, Mark S.","contributorId":31028,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Laustrup","given":"Mark","email":"","middleInitial":"S.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":206443,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":2},{"text":"Reuter, Joanna M.","contributorId":50179,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Reuter","given":"Joanna","email":"","middleInitial":"M.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":206444,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":3}]}}

Kanaga Island is an elongated, low-relief (except for the volcano) island, located about 35 kilometers west of the community of Adak on Adak Island and is part of the Andreanof Islands Group of islands. Kanaga Volcano is one of the 41 historically active volcanoes in Alaska and has erupted numerous times in the past 11,000 years, including at least 10 eruptions in the past 250 years (Miller and others, 1998). The most recent eruption occurred in 1993-95 and caused minor ash fall on Adak Island and produced blocky aa lava flows that reached the sea on the northwest and west sides of the volcano (Neal and others, 1995).\n\nThe summit of the volcano is characterized by a small, circular crater about 200 meters in diameter and 50-70 meters deep. Several active fumaroles are present in the crater and around the crater rim. The flanking slopes of the volcano are steep (20-30 degrees) and consist mainly of blocky, linear to spoonshaped lava flows that formed during eruptions of late Holocene age (about the past 3,000 years). The modern cone sits within a circular caldera structure that formed by large-scale collapse of a preexisting volcano. Evidence for eruptions of this preexisting volcano mainly consists of lava flows exposed along Kanaton Ridge, indicating that this former volcanic center was predominantly effusive in character. In winter (October-April), Kanaga Volcano may be covered by substantial amounts of snow that would be a source of water for lahars (volcanic mudflows). In summer, much of the snowpack melts, leaving only a patchy distribution of snow on the volcano. Glacier ice is not present on the volcano or on other parts of Kanaga Island.\n\nKanaga Island is uninhabited and is part of the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge, managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The island is remote and often shrouded by clouds and fog. It can be reached only by boat, helicopter,or amphibiouslanding aircraft.","language":"English","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey","publisherLocation":"Reston, VA","doi":"10.3133/ofr02397","usgsCitation":"Waythomas, C.F., Miller, T.P., and Nye, C.J., 2002, Preliminary volcano-hazard assessment for Kanaga Volcano, Alaska: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 2002-397, Report: iv, 34 p.; Plate: 29.00 inches x 21.00 inches, https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr02397.","productDescription":"Report: iv, 34 p.; Plate: 29.00 inches x 21.00 inches","additionalOnlineFiles":"Y","costCenters":[{"id":121,"text":"Alaska Volcano Observatory","active":false,"usgs":true}],"links":[{"id":4175,"rank":100,"type":{"id":15,"text":"Index Page"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0397/","linkFileType":{"id":5,"text":"html"}},{"id":179335,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/thumbnails/usgs_thumb.jpg"},{"id":283893,"type":{"id":11,"text":"Document"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0397/pdf/of02-397.pdf"},{"id":283894,"type":{"id":17,"text":"Plate"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/0397/pdf/of02-397plate.pdf"}],"country":"United States","state":"Alaska","otherGeospatial":"Mount Kanaga","geographicExtents":"{ \"type\": \"FeatureCollection\", \"features\": [ { \"type\": \"Feature\", \"properties\": {}, \"geometry\": { \"type\": \"Polygon\", \"coordinates\": [ [ [ -177.263031,51.361492 ], [ -177.263031,51.655519 ], [ -177.025452,51.655519 ], [ -177.025452,51.361492 ], [ -177.263031,51.361492 ] ] ] } } ] }","noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4a9ee4b07f02db660547","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Waythomas, Christopher F. 0000-0002-3898-272X cwaythomas@usgs.gov","orcid":"https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3898-272X","contributorId":640,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Waythomas","given":"Christopher","email":"cwaythomas@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"F.","affiliations":[{"id":617,"text":"Volcano Science Center","active":true,"usgs":true}],"preferred":true,"id":242111,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Miller, Thomas P. tmiller@usgs.gov","contributorId":4183,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Miller","given":"Thomas","email":"tmiller@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"P.","affiliations":[{"id":121,"text":"Alaska Volcano Observatory","active":false,"usgs":true}],"preferred":false,"id":242112,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":2},{"text":"Nye, Christopher J.","contributorId":55418,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Nye","given":"Christopher","email":"","middleInitial":"J.","affiliations":[{"id":121,"text":"Alaska Volcano Observatory","active":false,"usgs":true}],"preferred":false,"id":242113,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":3}]}}

Increasing demands for water from the Floridan aquifer system in Duval County (fig. 1) have resulted in a need to evaluate changes in water levels and chloride concentrations. Rapid population growth in Duval County is creating an increasing demand for freshwater. In 1960, the population of Duval County was about 455,000 (Brown and others, 1986), and in 2000 it was estimated to be about 779,000. As population continues to increase, additional water supplies will be needed. Increases in pumpage to meet these demands will lower the potentiometric surface and increase the potential for the upward movement of saline water from deeper zones of the aquifer system (Spechler, 1994; and Phelps and Spechler, 1997). The increased demand for water from the Floridan aquifer system requires that this valuable resource be adequately managed. Information on the trends in the potentiometric surface and chloride concentrations in the Floridan aquifer system is necessary for proper planning and management.\r\n\r\nThis map report, prepared in cooperation with the City of Jacksonville, depicts the altitude of the potentiometric surface of the Upper Floridan aquifer in Duval County, and shows trends in the potentiometric surface and in chloride concentrations in the Floridan aquifer system at selected locations. The information presented in this report includes: (1) graphs showing water use for Duval and adjacent counties from 1965 to 1999; (2) maps showing the altitude of the potentiometric surface of the Upper Floridan aquifer in Duval County for January-February 1960, September 1998, and May 1999; (3) a map showing changes in the potentiometric surface of the Upper Floridan aquifer from January-February 1960 to May 1999; (4) hydrographs showing long-term water levels of selected wells in Duval County; and (5) graphs showing chloride concentrations in water at selected wells in Duval County.","language":"English","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey","doi":"10.3133/ofr02426","usgsCitation":"Spechler, R.M., 2002, Variations in water levels and chloride concentrations in the Floridan aquifer system in Duval County, Florida: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 2002-426, HTML Document, https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr02426.","productDescription":"HTML Document","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":176515,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/thumbnails/usgs_thumb.jpg"},{"id":390822,"rank":3,"type":{"id":36,"text":"NGMDB Index Page"},"url":"https://ngmdb.usgs.gov/Prodesc/proddesc_69883.htm"},{"id":4203,"rank":100,"type":{"id":15,"text":"Index Page"},"url":"https://pubs.water.usgs.gov/ofr02-426/","linkFileType":{"id":5,"text":"html"}}],"country":"United States","state":"Florida","county":"Duval County","otherGeospatial":"Floridan aquifer","geographicExtents":"{\n  \"type\": \"FeatureCollection\",\n  \"features\": [\n    {\n      \"type\": \"Feature\",\n      \"properties\": {},\n      \"geometry\": {\n        \"type\": \"Polygon\",\n        \"coordinates\": [\n          [\n            [\n              -82.0519,\n              30.0931\n            ],\n            [\n              -81.3761,\n              30.0931\n            ],\n            [\n              -81.3761,\n              30.5761\n            ],\n            [\n              -82.0519,\n              30.5761\n            ],\n            [\n              -82.0519,\n              30.0931\n            ]\n          ]\n        ]\n      }\n    }\n  ]\n}","noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e494fe4b07f02db591ba3","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Spechler, Rick M. spechler@usgs.gov","contributorId":1364,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Spechler","given":"Rick","email":"spechler@usgs.gov","middleInitial":"M.","affiliations":[],"preferred":true,"id":242124,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1}]}}

Geophysical logs include gamma, normal resistivity, fluid-column temperature and resistivity, caliper, televiewer, and heat-pulse flowmeter. These logs were run in two boreholes penetrating only the Fountain Formation of Pennsylvanian and Permian age (logged to depths of about 65 and 570 feet) and in four boreholes (logged to depths of about 342 to 742 feet) penetrating mostly the Fountain Formation and terminating in Precambrian crystalline rock, which underlies the Fountain Formation. Data from the logs were used to identify fractures and bedding planes and to locate the contact between the two formations. The logs indicated few fractures in the boreholes and gave no indication of higher transmissivity in the contact zone between the two formations. Transmissivities for all fractures in each borehole were estimated to be less than 2 feet squared per day.","language":"ENGLISH","doi":"10.3133/ofr02364","usgsCitation":"Paillet, F.L., Hodges, R.E., and Corland, B.S., 2002, Analysis of geophysical logs from six boreholes at Lariat Gulch, former U.S. Air Force site PJKS, Jefferson County, Colorado: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 2002-364, 39 p., 10 figs., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr02364.","productDescription":"39 p., 10 figs.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":178432,"rank":0,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/thumbnails/usgs_thumb.jpg"},{"id":4165,"rank":100,"type":{"id":15,"text":"Index Page"},"url":"https://pubs.water.usgs.gov/ofr02364","linkFileType":{"id":5,"text":"html"}}],"noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4acfe4b07f02db6804f5","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Paillet, Frederick L.","contributorId":38191,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Paillet","given":"Frederick","email":"","middleInitial":"L.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":242085,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Hodges, Richard E.","contributorId":47452,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Hodges","given":"Richard","email":"","middleInitial":"E.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":242086,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":2},{"text":"Corland, Barbara S.","contributorId":83598,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Corland","given":"Barbara","email":"","middleInitial":"S.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":242087,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":3}]}}

Using self-closing quick connects, this basic canister is mated to a zero-head manometer to make a simple coalbed methane desorption system that is easily transported in small aircraft to remote localities. This workshop was similar in nature to the previous five meetings, held in Lawrence, Kansas (Soller, 1997), in Champaign, Illinois (Soller, 1998a), in Madison, Wisconsin (Soller, 1999), in Lexington, Kentucky (Soller, 2000), and in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (Soller, 2001). This year's meeting was hosted by the Utah Geological Survey, from May 19 to 22, 2002, on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City. As in the previous meetings, the objective was to foster informal discussion and exchange of technical information. When an attendee adopts or modifies a newly learned technique on the basis of discussions at the workshop, the workshop clearly has met that objective. Evidence of learning and cooperation among participating agencies continued to be a highlight of the DMT workshops (see example in Soller, 1998b, and various papers in this volume).</p><p>All the DMT workshops have been coordinated by the Association of American State Geologists (AASG) and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Data Capture Working Group, which was formed in August 1996 to support the AASG and the USGS in their effort to build a National Geologic Map Database (see Soller and Berg, this volume, and<span>&nbsp;</span><a href=\"http://ncgmp.usgs.gov/ngmdbproject/standards/datacapt/\" target=\"_BLANK\" data-mce-href=\"http://ncgmp.usgs.gov/ngmdbproject/standards/datacapt/\">http://ncgmp.usgs.gov/ngmdbproject/standards/datacapt/</a>). The Working Group was formed because increased production efficiencies, standardization, and quality of digital map products were needed for the database--and the State and Federal geological surveys--to provide more high-quality digital maps to the public.</p><p>At the 2002 meeting, oral and poster presentations and special discussion sessions emphasized (1) methods for creating and publishing map products (here, \"publishing\" includes Web-based release); (2) techniques for scanning already published maps and managing and delivering them on the Web; (3) continued development of the National Geologic Map Database; and (4) progress toward building a standard geologic map data model. This report, which is one in a series of 15, presents maps of areas in the municipality of Nacaome that would be inundated by 50-year floods on Rio Nacaome, Rio Grande, and Rio Guacirope. Geographic Information System (GIS) coverages of the flood inundation are available on a computer in the municipality of Nacaome as part of the Municipal GIS project and on the Internet at the Flood Hazard Mapping Web page (http://mitchnts1.cr.usgs.gov/projects/floodhazard.html). These coverages allow users to view the flood inundation in much more detail than is possible using the maps in this report.\r\n\r\nWater-surface elevations for 50-year-floods on Rio Nacaome, Rio Grande, and Rio Guacirope at Nacaome were computed using HEC-RAS, a one-dimensional, steady-flow, step-backwater computer program. The channel and floodplain cross sections used in HEC-RAS were developed from an airborne light-detection-and-ranging (LIDAR) topographic survey of the area and ground surveys at two bridges.\r\n\r\nThe estimated 50-year-flood discharge for Rio Nacaome at Nacaome, 5,040 cubic meters per second, was computed as the drainage-area-adjusted weighted average of two independently estimated 50-year-flood discharges for the gaging station Rio Nacaome en Las Mercedes, located about 13 kilometers upstream from Nacaome. One of the discharges, 4,549 cubic meters per second, was estimated from a frequency analysis of the 16 years of peak-discharge record for the gage, and the other, 1,922 cubic meters per second, was estimated from a regression equation that relates the 50-year-flood discharge to drainage area and mean annual precipitation. The weighted-average of the two discharges is 3,770 cubic meters per second.\r\n\r\nThe 50-year-flood discharges for Rio Grande, 3,890 cubic meters per second, and Rio Guacirope, 1,080 cubic meters per second, were also computed by adjusting the weighted-average 50-year-flood discharge for the Rio Nacaome en Las Mercedes gaging station for the difference in drainage areas between the gage and these river reaches.","language":"English","publisher":"U.S. Geological Survey","doi":"10.3133/ofr02256","usgsCitation":"Kresch, D.L., Mastin, M.C., and Olsen, T.D., 2002, Fifty-year flood-inundation maps for Nacaome, Honduras: U.S. Geological Survey Open-File Report 2002-256, 13 p., https://doi.org/10.3133/ofr02256.","productDescription":"13 p.","costCenters":[],"links":[{"id":170324,"rank":1,"type":{"id":24,"text":"Thumbnail"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/thumbnails/usgs_thumb.jpg"},{"id":4146,"rank":2,"type":{"id":15,"text":"Index Page"},"url":"https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2002/ofr02256/index.html","linkFileType":{"id":5,"text":"html"}}],"country":"Honduras","city":"Nacaome","geographicExtents":"{\n \"type\": \"FeatureCollection\",\n \"features\": [\n {\n \"type\": \"Feature\",\n \"properties\": {},\n \"geometry\": {\n \"coordinates\": [\n [\n [\n -89.43251127996213,\n 16.43006388749069\n ],\n [\n -89.43251127996213,\n 12.876909617568344\n ],\n [\n -82.7967072779427,\n 12.876909617568344\n ],\n [\n -82.7967072779427,\n 16.43006388749069\n ],\n [\n -89.43251127996213,\n 16.43006388749069\n ]\n ]\n ],\n \"type\": \"Polygon\"\n }\n }\n ]\n}","noUsgsAuthors":false,"publicationStatus":"PW","scienceBaseUri":"4f4e4ac9e4b07f02db67c7d6","contributors":{"authors":[{"text":"Kresch, David L.","contributorId":46084,"corporation":false,"usgs":true,"family":"Kresch","given":"David","email":"","middleInitial":"L.","affiliations":[],"preferred":false,"id":242033,"contributorType":{"id":1,"text":"Authors"},"rank":1},{"text":"Mastin, M.
