Further work is required to learn if the tenor in silver varies with depth below the ground surface, with geologic unit, or both. No apparent relation exists between the estimated amount of pyrite in the core and the amount of silver disclosed by the assays.</p>","language":"English","publisher":"U.S. Geological Craters ranging from 1 to 44 km in diameter are scattered over the smooth</span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193421197 BCX8\"> mare surface; in addition, a few isolated hills and ridges rise above the mare. In the east-central </span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193421197 BCX8\">part of the quadrangle, the Aristarchus plateau (informal name</span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193421197 BCX8\">)</span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193421197 BCX8\"> slopes gently westward and merges with the surrounding surface of Oceanus </span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193421197 BCX8\">Procellarum</span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193421197 BCX8\">.
