The spatial data were from various sources.  Data are projected by using the North American Datum of 1983 (NAD 83) datum
and the Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) Zone 13N coordinate system.

potentiometric_surface_line.gdb contains the estimated 2008 potentiometric surface in the Santa Fe Group Aquifer System in the Albuquerque metropolitan area, central New Mexico. The data are a geodatabase with a line feature class of the contours of the potentiometric surface at 20-foot intervals.
water_level_change_polygon.gdb contains the water-level change in the Santa Fe Group Aquifer System in the Albuquerque metropolitan area, central New Mexico. The data are a geodatabase with a polygon feature class of the areas of the estimated water-level change at 20-foot intervals.


These data require Geographic Information System (GIS) software to be viewed correctly.
