PLATEAUS AND HIGHLANDS OF ROLLING TOPOGRAPHY are now marked as yellow and PLAINS AND LOWLANDS are now marked as green. No colors in the map figure were changed. ----------------------------------------------------- Revised and reposted October 2017 Unit ranks were corrected and made consistent between map sheet List of Map Units and pamphlet Description of Map Units. Additional headings were added to the both the Description of Map Units and the List of Map Units including (1) "Alluvial deposits—Divided into:"; (2) "Early Wisconsin glacial deposits"; and (3) Pre-Wisconsin glacial deposits". In the Description of Map Units contained in the pamphlet, an erroneous "Locally subdivided into:" line of text was deleted from the unit bk description.
