Software is provided for 4 platforms: Windows 2000/XP, SGI, SUN, and Linux.
Quick start
Software may be run from the CD-ROM; best performance is obtained by running software from local system. All software requires 500 MB of space on local hard drive, less if only system specific software is copied.
To run program, copy executable files (for Windows the .exe files), faces files (.enc.faces), and, optionally, the "Data," "Annotation," and the two help folders to local hard drive. Include "Script" directory and “demo.script,” bex_wells4_utm.dat," and "transportation3.ann" files for overview of software functions. Use "QuickHelp.pdf" in the "QuickHelp" directory for brief instructions to start and run software. (Or just double click on the "evviewer.exe" executable file.)
Once software is started, all instructions are the same. To start demo from the main menu (keyboard numeral 1), select the animation menu (keyboard control 5), then select run script (keyboard t), select “demo.script” from the file selection menu.
