Abbreviations: DP, well completed in deep perched water; SP, well completed in shallow perched water. QA-4, quality assurance replicate sample, number indicates the replicate sequence number during a sampling event. NR, analysis not requested; NS, not sampled due to lack of water or because water level was below pump intake; NSA, not sampled because of well access problems; pCi/mL, picocurie per milliliter; pCi/L, picocurie per liter.
