(A) horizontal hydraulic conductivity (K_H) calculated as a weighted arithmetic mean of sediment and basalt end-members, using equation 2 with K_basalt = 11,000 and K_sediment = 0.2 feet per day; (B) the anisotropy ratio derived from K_Hand the vertical hydraulic conductivity (K_V) calculated using equation 3; and (C) bulk hydraulic conductivity (K_bulk) calculated as a weighted arithmetic mean, using equation 4 and the probability of not exceeding an 11-percent sediment threshold.
