The citation for Grondin (2004) in the References Cites section on page 67 is incomplete. The full citation is: Grondin, G.H., 2004, Ground water in the eastern Lost River sub-basin, Langell, Yonna, Swan Lake, and Poe Valleys of southeastern Klamath County, Oregon: Oregon Water Resources Department Ground-Water Report 41, 171 p., 42 appendices, 5 plates.

Several storativity values in table 2 on page 15 were truncated to three decimal places and are now all zeros.
