In table 4, two column headings were changed. The “0.2-percent chance exceedance” 
was changed to “0.5-percent chance exceedance” and the “0.5-percent chance exceedance” 
was changed to “0.2-percent chance exceedance.”

On page 21, in the definitions for equation 21, the “table 10” reference was changed to “table 7.”
