Changes for v2.0

- Pages 28 and 30 - Flood-frequency regression equations have been updated. (Equations 7-13, 17)

- Table 3 - Column 4, "1990 population density", values have been updated to reflect the correct conversion factor.

- Table 4 -  Minimum and maximum basin characteristic values for "1990 population density have been updated using new values from Table 3.

- Table 5 - All regional constant coefficients have been updated.  The updated values were generated from the development of the new flood-frequency regression equations.

- Table 6 - All average standard errors have been updated.  The updated standard errors were generated from the development of the new flood-frequency regression equations.
- Table 7 - Column 2, exponent b, values have been updated.

- Appendix 2 - Flood-frequency discharge estimates computed from the predicted regression equations and the weighted average for recurrence intervals 2- through 500-year have been updated.  These are the  columns labeled "R" and "W" for each recurrence interval.

Within the text, all equation examples have been updated to use the new flood-frequency regression equations and updated 1990 population density values.
Any references throughout the text to standard errors from the flood-frequency regression equations have been updated.
