ConvertIDAtoBEST Program Files

ConvertIDAtoBEST is a program for reformatting instantaneous data warehouse (IDA) relational database (RDB) files to a tab-delimited format. This program also will create an USGS ADAPS format file for use with the Baseflow Estimator (BEST).
