Middle target minimum flow-by amount on two Tappan 
Lake tables (tables 11 and 15) were found to be in 
error. Values of 2, 3, and 6 cfs were displayed 
instead of the intended 2, 4, and 6 cfs. Those values 
have been corrected in the revised version. 

Two corrections of typographical errors in words also
were made, although those errors would not have 
caused any confusion regarding technical content.
