The analytes bromacil and prometon, inadvertently omitted from the original report, were added. Corrections to present these analytes were made on pages 1, 2, 16, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, and 34; figures 3 and 4; tables 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 10; and appendix table 1-2. References to detections of the chemical 3-tert-Butyl-4-hydroxyanisole were deleted. These corrections were made on pages 1, 29, and 33; on figure 4; in tables 8 and 10; and in appendix table 1-2. The chemical N,N-Diethyl-meta-toluamide (DEET) was identified in place of 3-tert-Butyl-4-hydroxyanisole as the chemical detected at the highest concentration. These corrections were made on pages 1, 29, and 33. The chemical p-crestol was identified in place of tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate [(FYROL CEF)] as the chemical detected at a concentration near a health-based water-quality standard. This correction was made on pages 1, 29, 32, 33, and 34. Table 11 was updated and two formatting corrections made.
