Figure 6, page 20. The distribution of colors on the map were changed to reflect revised runoff-to-rainfall ratios.
Table 4, pages 21-23. The values for runoff-to-rainfall ratios were changed to reflect revised runoff analysis, and a reference in the headnote was updated.
Table 5, page 24. Coefficients and statistics for regional-regression equations were changed to reflect results of revised runoff analysis.
