Description of Nov2017 Revision

Projection files for all ArcInfo grids and coverages have been revised to match the following projection: 

Projection UTM
zone 10
zunits NO
datum NAD27
units METERS
spheroid CLARKE1866
xshift 0
yshift 0

Previously, the datum had not been defined, and for a few a yshift of 4000000 was recorded. These discrepancies did not affect use of the grids and coverages in ArcInfo, but did in ArcGIS. Now all should work properly in both applications.
