Corrects seven minor typographical errors: 

  Water-Budget Verification and Simulation Results, p. 44--Corrected the simulated monthly model bias range for the performance rating system used by Moriasi and others (2007):
     Satisfactory performance from +25 and -95 percent to +25 and -25 percent
     Good performance from +15 and -95 percent to +15 and -15 percent
     Very good performance from +10 and -90 percent to +10 and -10 percent

  Water-Budget Verification and Simulation Results, p. 44--Corrected the bias range for the calibration and verification periods of the PRMS_2016 daily simulation:
     Calibration period from -96.71 to 4.99 percent to -16.71 to 4.99 percent
     Verification period from -97.81 to 38.06 percent to -17.81 to 38.06 percent
