The text version was modified. In the report, the order of figures 31 and 32 was changed so that figure 31 was renumbered as figure 32 and vice versa.

On figure 5, the explanation was revised so the maximum value was greater than or equal to 1.0 instead of 1.0+.

"Discharge" was changed to "streamflow" on figures 2, 5, 6, 11, 12, 19, 20, 27, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 50, 51, 55, 56, 59, 62, 67, 68, and 72.

When used within a label, the term "pier" was changed to lowercase on figures 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 28, 32, 33, 34, 35, 51, 54, 55, 68, 72, 73, 74, 75, and 76.

When used within a label, the term "bent" was changed to lowercase on figures 12, 16, 17, 18, and 19.

A callout on the figure was changed from referring to figure 32 to referring to figure 31 on figures 28, 32, 33, 34, and 35.
