On page 4, in figure 2A, the size of the line graph symbols were standardized.

On page 4, in figures 2B and 2C, the line color representing the 90th percentile was incorrectly attributed to the 25th percentile line; the line color representing the 75th percentile was incorrectly attributed to the 90th percentile line; and the line color representing the 25th percentile was incorrectly attributed to the 75th percentile line. These line colors were corrected.
