On page ii:

(1) "William H. Werkheiser, Acting Director" was replaced with the current director's
name "James F. Reilly II, Director"

(2) In the suggested citation, 3rd line, "chap. C-16" was changed to "chap. C16".

On page 25:

(1) The first paragraph after equation 35, lines 6-7. The sentence "When the value
exceeded 0.98, it was set equal to 0.72 (Hirasaki and others, 1989)" was replaced by
the sentence "Values of the calculated VDP that exceeded 0.98 were interpreted to be 
the result of inconsistent reservoir or production data, or data outside of the range 
for the  VDP calculation, and were set to a default value of 0.72 as suggested by 
Hirasaki and others (1984)."

(2) The second paragraph after equation 35, line 1. The number "1" in "(EV1)" was 
replaced by a subscript number "1".
