03228500 BIG WALNUT CREEK AT CENTRAL COLLEGE, OHIO LOCATION.--Lat 40006'13", long 82053'03", T.2 N., R.17 W., Franklin County, Hydrologic Unit 05060001, on right bank at upstream side of county road bridge, 0.2 mi east of Central College, 0.4 mi downstream from Hoover Dam, and 3 mi southeast of Westerville. DRAINAGE AREA.--190 mi2. PERIOD OF RECORD.--July 1938 to current year. REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 873: 1938. WSP 1435: Drainage area. GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 815.16 ft above sea level. REMARKS.--Records good except for periods of estimated record, which are fair. Flow completely regulated by Hoover Reservoir since September 1954. (See station 03228400). Water-quality data collected at this site 1965 to 1977. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers satellite telemeter at station.
