LOCATION.-- Lat 41°02'35", long 90°44'45" (NAD of 1927), between sec. 8 and 9, T.12 N., R.3 W., Warren County, Hydrologic Unit 07080104, near center of span at upstream side of bridge on State Highways 94 and 135, 1.3 mi upstream from North Henderson Creek.

 

DRAINAGE AREA.-- 151 mi2.

SURFACE-WATER DISCHARGE AND STAGE: Maximum discharge, 8,250 ft3/s Apr. 25, 1950, gage height, 17.65 ft; no flow at times in 1949, 1953-55.

 

EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD.--

SURFACE-WATER DISCHARGE AND STAGE: Flood of June 28, 1924, reached a stage of 23.2 ft, from floodmark.
