LOCATION.--Lat 39°06'56", long 104°54'43", in SW14SE14 sec.5, T.11 S., R.67 W., El Paso County, Hydrologic Unit 11020003, on left bank at downstream side of bridge on Spring Street at Palmer Lake, 0.1 mi upstream from mouth, and 2.3 mi upstream from Monument Lake.
