Entries in two tables were in error and have been corrected in the reposted text. 
One entry was incorrect in table 1; 12 pairs of latitude and longitude coordinates 
were corrected in table 3.

For table 1 on page 9 of the report, the longitude for well 1BMOR was changed from 
"0815380" to "0815330." For table 3, the following corrections were made:
