Subsequent to printing publication Water-Resources Investigations Report 2001-4049,
"Ages and Origins of Calcite and Opal in the Exploratory Studies Facility Tunnel, Yucca Mountain, Nevada,” the following changes have been made.

1.        p. 89, Appendix 2 table title should be Appendix 2a.
2.        p. 94, Appendix 3 table, for Subsample identifiers HD2002sa and HD2002sc, the ESF location of 1,599.5 should be 1,600.0.
3.        p. 94, Appendix 3 table, for Subsample identifier HD2019sd, the Strontium concentration of 169.8 should be 169.7.
4.        p. 94, Appendix 3 table, for Subsample identifier HD2019se, the Strontium concentration of 87.85 should be 87.84.
5.        p. 94, Appendix 3 table, for Subsample identifiers HD2019sa, HD2019sg, and HD2019sh, the ESF location of 2,881.0 should be 2,880.0.
