Comments and qualifications on the data:
Only monthly discharges should be used prior to October 1930 due to rough estimates of flow for missing or
ice-affected record. Diurnal flucuation at low flow, prior to about 1950-60, and minor regulation, after June 1979,
(which may occasionally affect daily discharges) caused by dams about 0.5 miles upstream.
Daily and longer averages for 86 water years are acceptable (all years except partial years).
