Only monthly discharges should be used prior to October 1932 due to rough estimates of flow for missing or
ice-affected record. Diurnal flucuation at low flow, for most if not all of the unregulated period of record,
caused by powerplants upstream. Flow regulated by Coralville Lake, 67.3 miles upstream, since Sept. 17, 1958.
Daily and longer averages for 44 water years are acceptable (some whole years and all partial years are excluded).
