Comments and qualifications on the data:
   Only monthly discharges should be used prior to October 1933 due to rough estimates of flow for missing or
   ice-affected record. Diurnal flucuation at low flow, for about the first half of the record, caused by a powerplant
   25 miles upstream.

Daily and longer averages for 74 water years are acceptable (all years except partial years).
