FACS Logs
Field Activity Collection System (FACS) logs are standardized forms used by the USGS Coastal and Marine Geology Program. Click on the links below to access PDF files containing the FACS crew, equipment, operation, GPS operation, and overview logs. Digital FACS logs were generated after the cruise using the handwritten logbooks and personal accounts of the crew members. Handwritten FACS logs were completed in the field (swath survey - D. Weise and J. Misellis; single-beam survey - B. Reynolds and K. Kelso).
