The following utilities are included for anyone who has the ability to use them on a
UNIX
computer operating system environment with MATLAB and mpeg_encode.
Step 1.
Use "imslide.m" to screw each image to the area around the red
zero. These new images are placed in the "rectified"
directory.
Step 2.
In the "rectified" directory, use "annotate.m" to crop each
image and rewrite it using a different numbering scheme. Also
same a ppm image that has plots of the corresponding current
strength and direction, along with psdev and transmission.
Step 3.
Use the perl script "mypcat" to construct the system calls to
netpbm to concatenate the image from step 2 and the annotation
image into one.
Step 4.
Run mpeg_encode with boston.param.
